This was a design proposed (as a school project) for the Waterloo Street, SIngapore. Religious buildings line this street, reflecting multicultural community. This Hindus established the Sri Krishna Temple in 1870 hence the design is derived from the symbol, Swastika. It is a geometrical shape and an ancient religious icon in the cultures of Eurasia. It is used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Indian religions, especially Hinduism. The symbol has been split up and given different function to each element.
